Sometimes the simple things in life are the best.

Two fat layers of classic rich and light chocolate sponge cake sandwiched together with a generous amount of silky smooth chocolate buttercream and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Simple, classic and delicious!

This 8-inch cake will serve approximately 8 to 12 slices.
