Orange drizzle loaf cake basted with Orange syrup and drizzled with chocolate
This Orange Drizzle Loaf Cake makes a nice change from traditional Lemon Drizzle. This is a lovely light cake which will keep really well for a good few days - if it lasts that long! It will also freeze very well.
This tastes a little bit like Jaffa Cake, this Orange Loaf is basted with Orange Syrup as soon as it comes out of the oven, and then, once it is cool, it is drizzled with Plain Chocolate.
A very simple, not too sweet cakey treat, which is perfect for having with a cuppa any time of day.
This loaf will serve approximately 10 slices.
