The top is covered with more coffee buttercream and decorated with Walnut halves around the edges and lots of chopped Walnuts and Walnut pieces in the center, a light finish of gold sparkle gives this cake a pretty shimmer and makes it a very sophisticated and grown-up cake for any gathering.
You can choose to have the cake with just buttercream in the middle and no decoration or buttercream on the top.
