Coffee And Walnut Layer Cake

This beautifully light and airy cake has a wonderfully intense flavour.

The cake itself contains a generous amount of chopped Walnuts and the layers are sandwiched together with a light, silky coffee buttercream.

The top is covered with more coffee buttercream and decorated with Walnut halves around the edges and lots of chopped Walnuts and Walnut pieces in the center, a light finish of gold sparkle gives this cake a pretty shimmer and makes it a very sophisticated and grown-up cake for any gathering.

You can choose to have the cake with just buttercream in the middle and no decoration or buttercream on the top.

Tie a pretty ribbon around the cake before serving and you have a cake fit for any celebration.

Choose from two or three layers of Coffee and Walnut Cake with Coffee Buttercream filling.

The two-layer 8 inch Coffee and Walnut layer cake will serve roughly 14 slices.

The three-layer 8 inch Coffee and Walnut layer cake will serve roughly 20 slices
