Fudgey Chocolate Loaf Cake

This is a rich, gooey, dense, moist chocolate cake with a fudge-like texture made with dark chocolate and smothered with a thick layer of buttery chocolate ganache.

Not overly sweet, this cake is to die for and is perfect for all chocolate lovers.

Try it warmed in the microwave for a few seconds and served with good quality vanilla ice cream or thick clotted cream for a quick and easy dessert, or eat it as is with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. Heaven!

This is a large 2 lb loaf sized cake and will happily serve 8 to 10 slices, it is very rich, so you really don't need a lot.
