Sticky Ginger and Spice Cake with pieces of preserved Ginger, Black Treacle, spices and all things nice. This cake is better if you can manage to keep this for a few days, however, it is very difficult not to get stuck in right away.

This cake freezes well, so buy two and save one for another time.

Each tray cuts into approximately 6 to 8 slices.
