Coconut And Lime Drizzle Tray Bake

A dense, moist cake, with a hint of lime, drizzeled with warm lime syrup and finished with white chocolate and a sprinkling of golden toasted coconut on top.

This is a gorgeous cake, the lime cuts through the sweetness of the coconut and gives it a slightly tropical flavour. 

Very moreish and perfect for summer.
