Victoria Sponge Cake With Vanilla Buttercream And Conserve

Nothing beats a classic Victoria Sponge Cake.

Two thick, light and fluffy vanilla sponge cakes sandwiched together with silky vanilla Buttercream and your choice of Strawberry or Raspberry Conserve (let me know which you would like in the personalisation box) Try dusting your cake with some icing sugar or sprinkle with caster sugar if you like to give it a more finished look.

Alternatively, you could just have the two vanilla sponge cakes and fill it yourself with fresh whipped cream and strawberries, pile it high on top too with some sprinkles for something a bit celebratory and special. These will come with one cake levelled off ready for you to fill and decorate on top as you please.

This cake will serve approximately 8 to 12 slices
