Banana, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Layer Cake

Two layers of banana, peanut butter, chocolate chunk cake with a chocolate and peanut butter buttercream filling, finished off with more chocolate and peanut butter buttercream on top, and a liberal sprinkling of salted peanuts.

Packed with flavour and perfectly textured this cake is truly a match made in heaven!

It keeps incredibly well for days, though I honestly doubt it will last long enough for you to find out 😁

This is a two-layered 8-inch cake and will happily serve 12 to 16 slices.
