Christmas Tiffin Wreath

This 8-inch chocolate tiffin wreath looks and tastes absolutely stunning and is sure to grace any Christmas table. Decorate it with a pretty Christmas ribbon and bow and put a red candle (be careful not to let the candle melt the chocolate or catch fire though) in the middle for a centrepiece that is not only a bit different but also very tasty.

Loaded with mixed dry fruit and a hint of Ginger and mixed spices, it has a slight Christmas pudding flavour, it is then then topped off with coloured glace cherries, mixed nuts, mixed fruits including cranberries and apricots, all set in a choice of dark or white chocolate.

8-inch wreath is very rich and will easily serve 16 to 20 slices small slices.
