Moist and incredibly light tangy Lemon Drizzle Loaf cake with a zingy lemon sugar topping.
Once baked, while still warm from the oven we pour over lemon syrup made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and then add more as the cake cools to infuse the cake and add a wonderful zingy lemony flavour to the last bite. These cakes freeze well, so buy two and save one for later.
