Banana & Chocolate Loaf Cake

Banana and Chocolate Loaf Cake loaded with ripe bananas and chunks of milk chocolate. Surprisingly light and moist and incredibly moreish. Shown with a very simple to make sour cream and milk chocolate ganache, however this cake is very tasty with or without.

Please note this cake is pictured with a sour cream and milk chocolate ganache, sprinkled with banana chips. It will be delivered without the topping unless delivered locally as it would not travel well otherwise. 

To make your topping you will need;
100g milk chocolate
100ml soured cream
A handful dried banana chips, roughly chopped

Instructions;
Melt the chocolate and soured cream together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Chill in the fridge until spreadable. Roughly swirl over and scatter with the banana chips. Note; You may want to level off the top of your cake with a sharp knife before putting on your topping to help prevent it from sliding off the sides
