Apple, Cranberry and Ginger Cake Bar

A light Ginger cake bar containing apple and cranberries, with a white chocolate drizzle which is generously sprinkled with pieces of crystallised ginger and cranberries.

This cake bar is perfect for picnics, a snack on the go, or for a five minutes feet up with a cup of tea

A fairly dense cake, yet still light and slightly crumbly, with warm ginger undertones, not too sweet and the white chocolate drizzle, crystallised ginger and cranberries on top make it feel a little bit naughty.

This Apple and Ginger Cake Bar comes as a Tray-Bake and will cut into about 8 to 12 pieces.
