Medium Dorset Apple Cake

Traditional Dorset Apple Cake loaded with chunks of fresh apple and plump, juicy sultanas. A sprinkling of Demerara sugar on top adds crunch and brown sugar and cinnamon add the country style sugar and spice flavour we associate with a traditional Dorset Apple cake. Simply scrummy!

This medium sized 8 inch cake serving 8 greedy slices or about 12 to 14 sensible slices.

As all cakes are made to order you are welcome to have them the way you like them, if there is anything you'd like to change, for example no spices, more sultanas then please feel welcome to message me and let me know.
