Cherry Bakewell Layer Cake

Two fat layers of Almond cake sandwiched together with Almond Buttercream and Cherry Conserve and finished with Almond Buttercream, Glace Cherries and slivers of Toasted Almonds on top.
With a fairly dense crumb due to the 50% ground Almond content, this cake is still fluffy and moist, a little bit like Marzipan in cake form
This is an 8-inch cake and is very rich, so it will easily serve at least 14 slices
