Gluten Free Victoria Sponge Cake With Vanilla Buttercream And Strawberry Conserve

Nothing beats a classic Victoria Sponge Cake.

Two thick, light and fluffy gluten-free vanilla sponge cakes sandwiched together with silky vanilla Buttercream and Strawberry Conserve. Try dusting your cake with some icing sugar or sprinkle with caster sugar if you like to give it a more finished look.

This cake will serve approximately 8 to 12 slices
