Old Fashioned Gluten Free Tea Loaf

This beautiful and aromatic gluten free old-fashioned Tea Loaf makes a lovely tea time treat, try a thick slice with a generous amount of butter!

Orange Zest, Plump Sultanas, and Raisins are steeped in Earl Grey Tea for at least 12 hours before the cake is baked at low heat for about 90 minutes.

This Tea Loaf is moist, fruity, and smells amazing every time you unwrap and cut it. It has a delicate flavour, with a hint of Orange.

This one is a very special cake and one of my absolute favourites.

Old Fashioned Tea Loaf will cut into about 10 to 12 slices.
