Extra Special Carrot Cake

This beautiful light and moist Carrot cake is made with Walnut pieces, Sultanas, Fresh Orange Juice and Zest, loads of freshly grated carrots, and a generous amount of Cinnamon and other spices.

It is simply divine in both taste and texture and will have you coming back for more time and again.

The two layers of Carrot Cake are sandwiched together with light, silky,  vanilla cream cheese frosting with more on top, and decorated with cute little sugar carrots and walnuts.
