Banana, Peanut Butter and Choc Chunk Sandwich

I cannot lie. This cake is simply orgasmic! Rich, moist and dense cake, yet not too sweet or heavy, with a beautiful, almost fudgy Peanut Butter and Chocolate frosting and filling, you will not be able to stop eating this cake. 

The cake is made using brown sugar, loads of ripe Banana, crunchy Peanut Butter, or you can have smooth if you prefer and the frosting is contains rich Cocoa and Peanut Butter, again you can choose between smooth or crunchy, the whole thig is finshed with and generous sprinkling of whole and crushed salted peanuts which add a lovely contrast to the sweet frosting  At first bite, you taste banana and then the Peanut Butter and Chocolate come through. If you love all things Peanut Butter then this cake is the one for you.
