Coffee And Walnut Loaf Cake With White Chocolate Coffee Ganache and Walnut Topping

This beautifully light and airy cake has a wonderfully intense flavour.

The cake itself contains a generous amount of chopped Walnuts and the top is a creamy White Chocolate and Coffee Ganache liberally sprinkled with chopped Walnuts.

This is a 2lb loaf cake and will happily yield 12 to 14 slices.
